A law enforcement sweep on Tuesday focused on probationers and others released from custody netted 28 arrests in the San Jacinto Valley. Those arrested ranged in age from 17 to 55 years, with 22 of them Hemet residents, three of them from San Jacinto, one of them from Riverside and another from Perris.
